Hi everyone.
I've never adjusted the full load screw before and have been talking to others about it because of my Banks Bomb post. I turned my full load fuel screw in a full turn and got power and smoke hard to believe. I went back out a half turn and now I get 20-21 psi in 4th gear at 1500 rpm (1500 rpm!!!!). This is incredble. Waste gate is on @ 2000 rpm and boost is 25 psi at that point.
This is a 5 psi increase. I can control smoke level with how fast I squeeze the throttle.
Here are my current adjustments:
1) AFC smoke limiter-backed off completey.
2) Diaphragm-max fuel.
3) Diaphragm spring tensioner-tightened to "no tnhreads showing" then down 1 turn. This is pretty tight.
4) Full load screw-1/2 turn in from where the shop left it which was a ittle (really) more than stock.
Want power-get new injectors!!
