2000 Dodge 2500 TD

We have a 2000 Dodge 2500 TD, while driving down the road the truck will hiccup small one, no lights appear, there will be 100-200 drop on the tach, fuel pressure 13 lb. psi... . do you think there could be a problem with a scensor, is a good scan tool help us and are they worth the money?

You may want to post this on the 2nd generation . If you aren't getting the check engine light on there probably isn't a code. My 99 gasser would do this think I came to the conclusion it was the torque converter locking then unlocking . Welcome to TDR
