Well today I think my transmission is going to die real soon. When I drive it a hit the go pedal it doesn't got very fast. It feels a tad better in Drive 1 than leaving it in automatic. I checked the fluid which is good and not burned. I can rev it to 3000 and it feels OK. Any chance I am confusing this with a lift pump problem? I will be taking it to the dealer tomorrow:{ I thought they had this fixed by the time mine was made. I had a Ford F450 which had 4 trannies in 90,000 miles. I swore I would never buy another automatic  What is the problem is it non-ending?

I seems not to bad in higher gears. When I floor it for a stop it never goes past 2200. Filters were done recently unless I got a bad load of fuel. Going to the dealer in AM. Thanks for your help.

transmission was the cause, I could not hear on the cell to good but it was not shifting into 1st for what ever reason. It may be toast but they never called back. After my Ford f450 I swore I'd never buy another automatic they are all junk:mad:

The problem you are describing is often caused buy a faulty Governor pressure switch/ and or sensor. Just and educated guess. ;)

I think that is what he said I will post Moday results and if transmission is ruined. They said it happen 257 miles ago :{ I guess it sets a code in the computer. Is this common?
