Archived 2001 3500 leaking fuel

My 3500 is spraying fuel on the return line under the tee behind head. How do i remove the plastic hose from there? Is there anything that i can retro fit today to get the truck up and running?

It is the same style quick connect that is on the transfer pump inlet and the fuel tank. Most auto part stores carry the clips and 0-rings now.

Is the fitting leaking or is the plastic line rubbed through?
