Where can i buy new aftermarket upper and lower control arms for my 2001 3500 4x4 long wheel base truck, went by the dealer and they are back ordered and not available, can i order these online anywhere??? I searched the records and all i saw is a place in Cananda selling some, who has b ought these lately and what did u pay and how are they doing?? Thanks, I am going to South Dak and just discovered I need new ones, i am fighting a terrible shake in the left drivers side even after new ball joins and track bar, I am going to buy all new tires and have them balanced in the morning and also get new Rancho shocks to try to cover this up if i am forced to go on the trip with the new stock or aftermarket upper and lower contol arms, thanks for any phone numbers or websites in advance.

There are some in MO at the dealer, I just bought two uppers last Fri. for my 02. They even gave me a military discount:D 100 bucks even for each plus they overnighted them from the other side of the state so I could have them in the morning. PM me if you have troubles, maybe I can call back up there and locate some for ya. If not, Skyjacker makes stock length replacements for the uppers, $139 a pair. That was my second choice since I already have a Skyjacker lift. Good Luck

Custom Length Control Arms 94-02 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4

Just installed these, $240 + $15 shipping. Custom made based on everything related to your truck I. E. if you have a lift kit, stock or leveling spacers they are calculated based on stock then formulated based on your present set up, built then shipped to you, not sitting on the shelf waiting for you to call, takes about 5 - 10 days. Got mine in 7 days. Make sure you source the "Formula 5" grease first and if you find it let me know where. By the way for some reason they don't have it to supply - DUH!!!!. I've been trying to source the grease and not having much luck. The F-5 site states "not an online store, must source from a supplier? Then they provide no way to search for a supplier, go figure?:mad:

They build them so they are servicable, shipped with zerk fittings installed and don't supply any grease:confused: By the way the zerks are the press fit ones. I knocked the top arm ones off, drilled out the remnants and threaded in 90 degree ones so they were easy to access for greasing - of I could only find the F-5 grease.

I'm presently using regular ball joint grease but still trying to source the F-5 stuff. I think it's only available in the little 1/2 oz plastic bag type squeeze tubes for assembly and then the 8 oz grease gun tubes, which would be OK if I could only find it. :{

Contacted Energy Suspension Tech Support. They told me local Auto Zone can order if not in stock. The suggested a Marine grade lube would do just as well. So for $3 local AZ had Marine grade grease - loaded up last night and wholah! S'all Gud!

got in a hurrey dang it, wish i had known!

I bought the steelbiz lower only adjustable arms for lotta more money and that steering stablizer as well, now i see all 4 arms with zerks and adjustable for 1/2 what a paid! Oh well, the truck needed it and i was in a rush, my old lowers were going to be $229 each from dealer who had none or a source, i am going to see if i can buy the top only from your source. I have a long haul coming up and am waiting on the truck to get out of googneck hitch shop, just added a juice edge controler and 4 inch cat back pipe, new bosh injection pump, car quest ift pump and all new bosh injectors down at coastal coastal injection in Corpus christi, they also added a air box as well, i am very well satisifed with all of the stuff they sold me and there serevie work, my truck runs like a 1969 roadrunner i had with a 383 magum engine, omg and it has a 410 rear end ratio so can destroy those mountians and bogging down trips i used to get with my old gas checy haul truck with a chip, unreal power and of course milage to boot 16 so far empty and i order Kenerdman air bag ride for the front and back as well, next is coming a winch bumper of some kind for the 16. 5 warn winch, then i will be done with this truck, I love it now!!!! Thanks for all of the help and links etc, will post pics soon and of the old 1964 powerwagons on top of the 42 carhauler i got to go get ld critters, see you guys laters!!
