Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2001 47RE Reflashes available??

I just put a new Suncoast transmission in with all the bells and whistle and i am having some troubles with it shifting.



It hunts for TC lockup like crazy on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off at 30mph. And a couple of time while about 3/4 throttle after it shifted to 4th at 65-70 mph it decided to shift into 3rd!! I was watching it with a Snap-on scanner and it said the pcm or ecm which ever it was told the solenoid to do that so i dont think the solenoid are causing it.

I've even re-set the apps.



Just need to know if/what and which re-flash is out there and would be the best to look for.

A noise filter should take care of this problem.

Is that something i could get a Radio Shack or should i call a transmission place?
