Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2001 47RE swap into a 1999

Hey everyone, my truck has 147,000KM on it. The transmission has not been service all of its life I don't believe so I recently did a band adjustment and changed some fluid when I had the pan off and had to change the govern. Solenoid and pressure sensor, it worked great for about 2 months then today the 1st to 2nd shift started going again. Not sure if it's stuff getting clogged up from the new fluid cleaning it up. Or internal leakage etc. so anyways I want to upgrade the transmission and add power anyways and found one used that has only 16000KM on it since a billet rebuild. Rated for 500HP triple disc converter etc (2900$ + tax) . has receipts to show it. Problem is my truck is a 1999 and this is out of a 2001. will the transmission fit electronics etc. Or will it be compatible as is? I will still have my transmission from my 1999 and could swap electronics etc. if I would need to. I just need your guys brains to make sure I can swap an 01 to a 99 without a headache.
