My truck has had a constant wetherstrip squeak on the drivers side. It almost sounded like a rattle in the door. Cleaning and using silicon lube would stop it temporarily and latch adjustments only made the door hard to close. Friday I stopped by the dealership and jokingly mentioned to one of the mechanics (a guy named Happy that is6'4" and weighs in at about 300lbs). He walked out to the truck opened the door. From the inside with the door open he put his left hand on the back edge of the door at the bottom of the window and his right hand on the top edge of the door. At that point he performed a chiropractic move that made the door pop when he pulled quickly on the top while holding the center stationery.
It scared the heck out of me cause I thought he broke the door. It didn't do any cosmetic damage to the door (paint or trim) but guess what, it fixed the problem. No more weatherstrip squeak/rattle. No wind noise. He said body shops charge $65 for that "allignment" (he used to work at one and that's where he learned this solution to improperly shaped doors). You just may not be able to stand to see it done.
