I recently Installed a PDR HX-40 and no long before that I have my valves adjusted. My problem now is that at idle it runs rough Almost sounds like a miss the tack also goes +/- 100 rpm. If I increase engine speed to say 1600 rpm it runs smooth as can be.

I am thinking maybe a dirty or malfunctioning sensor might be the case, I plan on cleaning the IAT and MAP sensors. But could it be the crank or cam shaft sensors? I don't know I just hope that it's not a bent valve. Any one got any idea's. Thanx.

Ive got the same rough idle, but mine is followed by a limp mode condition. Truck runs fine until I put a heavy load on, then it goes into a rough idle and as soon as it is turned off it goes into limp mode and I have to unhook the batts for 24hr to reset. Working on it for 2 weeks now. Going to replace the map sensor tonight. Do you have any codes with it?
