Archived 2001 loss of power

We are traveling with a group and one of they members of the party has a 2001, 2500,auto,two wheel drive Ram. We made it to Florance Or. and will be here until the 18th of June. He lost power and the truck smokes blue smoke on the hills and a little black smoke. We took the inlet side of the turbo off and there is some oil on the bearings. We think the turbo bearings are shot. Can anyone refer a good shop near Florance, He does't want to do the work just have someone else do it. He will drop it off because we will be here for the week and leave it.
