Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2002 24v pan bolts

Hi the oil pan seems to be leaking some oil, and I would like to check the pan bolts for tightness and would like to know what the torque lbs. should be. Thanks in advance.

99 manual shows 18 ft. lbs. I usually just snug them up with a ratchet.
