Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 2002 cummins rough idle

hey, I have an intermittent rough idle, no codes usually in start up and will come back once in awhile sitting in park or neutral, on occasion will come when im sitting at a light, also have a tc lock unlock issue oddly I think they're related and its a power draw somewhere causing both the issues, but really I have no idea and its driving me nuts! as for the tc lock and unlock issue around 50-60 mph ive tried most the basic things, noise isolaters, lock up switches, shielding the grounds, apps rewires, even tried running without an alternator! any help is much appreciated!

Hope this helps, but it can't hurt. Our Durango did the same thing. Turned out to be low trans fluid from improper fill by service. It would even kill the engine at idle.
