This beautiful 2002 Ford F350 came to us from Hawaii catching a ride on a boat to Seattle. Ken flew over and picked it up for its conversion to a Cummins/Ford - Marcus and Betsy picked it up the first week of April and proceeded onto their trip around the country. Unfortunately, we are having some problems with belt tracking which we are working on solving while they are en route, if we can find someone knowledgeable enough to help us out in the Missouri area, if anyone has a suggestion - please PM me!

The truck came to us with 28,000 miles on its 7. 3 powerstroke and ZF transmission. Marcus chose a 2003 Common Rail Cummins and then added twin turbos, manifold, injectors (flowed on the return side for better fuel efficiency), towing cam, stud kit modifications all provided by ATS. He also added a Pac Brake, custom innercooler, a new carpet kit, guages, pillar pod and had the bumper sprayed with armorthane. We spent many extra hours reinstalling this bumper and winch that wasn't done correctly before - it came out great. Then he decided on some new wheels and tires! For the transmission Marcus chose the NV5600 along with a short throw shifter which is interesting to drive! Ken built the fan shroud in two pieces for easy access and then painted it with wrinkle paint along with the fabricated guard for the K&N filter intake. This is one gorgeous Ford!!!:D

Nice job, very good looking truck. Finally has a real powerplant to move it down the road.

Did you retain the ford radiator and AC compressor? Which of your engine mounts did he use?

I live about 45 minutes from St. Joseph, MO if I can be of any help... Heck I would buy them dinner just so I could see the truck in person... 402-245-2522 Jesse

in this case we used the dodge ac and ford radiator - he installed the quad mounts... thanks for the offer, we may be taking you up on that... got your #!!! :)

That is swaeeetttt!!!! The only thing that I see wrong, is that powerstroke decal on the side of the door still. Other than that, that is one nice rig!

we didn't want to take the powerstroke decals off, thought we'd let marcus have the honors... there's a couple of cummins badges to choose from so he

can make the choice there... . :)
