Can anyone direct me to a site that has the 2002 2500 physical dimensions? Specifically I am trying to determine the official 2002 bed height to be able to compare to 2013-2014 new frame. I tow a 5th wheel and bed height and side rail height are important.

Thanks

I don't know where they exist online but my paper spec for the 2001 RAM (same as the 2002 2500) has some numbers:

depth of box - 19. 4"
width between wheelhouse - 49. 9"
tailgate opening - 62. 9" (but the space between the sides is really 60. 5")
tailgate load height (4x4) - 37. 1"
tailgate load height (4x2) - 33. 7"

There's more if you need them.

That's a real help Road Dog! Thanks... now where can I get the same information for the frame of the 2013 (and 2014). The 'specs' found at Ramtrucks.com don't list this stuff... ???

I found these Car & Driver RAM 2500 specs
Be sure to pick the right body style and drive train to get the right load height.
Getting closer, but can't get the 6. 7 into the specs.
I used 2500 4WD Crew Cab 6. 4 box and SLT and it shows Ground to Top of Load Floor 36. 9 in, but also 5. 6 Gas...
But if correct that would suggest a drop of 0. 2 in. Tough to be sure...

Interesting. My 2001 specs don't mention the engine either. The trucks came with different springs based on the (weight of the) options. They were different side to side too.
