The codes as best as I could decipher them. There are some that do not appear in the Chrysler DTC (or at least I could not find them). Did you every reprogram your ECM with a Smarty or do you have a MAD ECM? I believe they add some additional ECM Codes.
It does not sound like you have a failing VP44. It does not have the correct codes for that, which I guess can be good news.
0117 ECT Sensor Voltage Too Low Engine coolant temperature sensor input below the minimum acceptable voltage
Is your temperature gauge erratic? I had an issue years ago that caused the 0117 code. It turned out to be the connector that connects to the Water Temp Sensor was damaged. I was able to get a replacement connector, which resolved this issue.
0579 Does not appear in the Chrysler DTC List (at least I could not find anything)
0178 Flex Fuel Sensor Volts Too Low Flex fuel sensor input below minimum acceptable voltage.
I don't have the slightest idea what could have caused this???
You might have bought some bad fuel. Maybe you can try using a shock treatment of some type. This might have something do do with the 178 code.
0295 Does not appear in the Chrysler DTC List (at least I could not find anything)
0123 Accelerator Position Sensor (APPS) Signal Voltage Too High APPS voltage input above the maximum acceptable voltage
Could be a potential issue with the APPS. I would try to recalibrate the APPS. Disconnect the battery grounds overnight. In the morning, re-connect the grounds, turn the ignition on, but do not start. Slowly push the accelerator to the floor and back. This will recalibrate the APPS. Just as a note, these show a fairly high failure rate around 100k. They are expensive also, around $300, but are extremely easy to change. You only need a about 30min and 5 or 6 tools.
0606 ECM Failure ECM Internal fault condition detected
You could have an issue with a failed or failing ECM. I know that there are a number of 98. 5/99 models failing. Don't know if it is an issue with age or a poor design starting to show it self. I know there are some vendors here that are much more familiar with this than myself. You could try having the ECM reflashed. This might resolve your issue (in the event that the software on the ECM somehow became corrupt).
