Archived 2003 4x4 won't start p0341 code

I seem to have camshaft sensor problems, but I can't find the location of the sensor. I would replace it if I could find it. Truck has been hard to start the last 4 or 5 days and this morning it will not start at all!!!!!! Please help, thanks, and I know I know I need to update my signature!!

Both crank sensor and cam sensor are on the drivers side of the block... close to the computer. TST instructions explain how to get to them the best... .

Thanks for the info, tst has a great illustration. I changed the cam sensor and the crank sensor, and it still wouldn't start. I've had trouble with it surging and idleing fast, so I'm going to replace the fuel control actuator next. I will post the results tomorrow
