I have a 2003 that the AC on the passenger side is not flowing as good as the drivers side. I have been told that the mixure vent is stuck and that there is a TSP in reference to this. Does any one have a copy of the TSP or know how to fix this?

I couldn't find any TSB on it, and I don't think there is one.

Usually this is a blend door problem, and the solution is to repair or replace the assembly. This involves removing the dash (mostly removing it, anyway).

The new assembly is slightly modified to be a little more robust than the original.

If it's a case of just "not flowing quite as good" on the passenger side, I'd suck it up and live with it, given the difficulty in repairing it.

Does it flow well at first, then gradually get worse as you run with the A/C on? If so, that's just the evaporator freezing up, which is usually caused by low refrigerant.
