2003 check engine light

long time member, have learned alot by reading just not active in posting as all of you are sharper than me on problems that come up. anyway, my question is yesterday, my stock '03 was running good, parked it, came back maybe three hours later, starts right up, rough idle, check engine light on, and drove it back to town six miles a 50-55mph top end. have 125,000 on pickup and did put injectors and geno's lift pump on last January. I don't know what code is, just looking for anyone that has an idea or has experienced this time of thing. Could the Fuel Control Actuator cause this as I have been experiencing the "rattle" at lower RPM?

Rough at idle or noisy down low sounds like the FCA is going. Cycle the key on-off-on-off-on within 5 seconds and read the code in the odometer.

Do the key trick; starting in the off positon key on-off, on-off, on and the codes should show in the odometer window.
