2003 guage issues

I have a 2003 and I am having issues with the dash cluster. While driving the chime will chime and the gauges will fall to zero momentarily, sometimes it will be only the fuel gauge, and at other times it will be all gauges. Any thoughts.

Most likely a BUS problem. If not it's the cluster.

How are the condition of your batteries? How about connections, grounds, etc. ?
