2003 HO motor swap into a 1999?

I found an HO motor. Will it marry-up to my trans? What else would it take to do this swap? There is nothing wrong with my 24 valve motor (new injection pump, 97K miles) Would it be worth the time?

It will bolt up to the trans, but the wiring harnesses will be an issue.
