I am looking at a 03 3500 6spd HO regular cab with 5500 miles. What is the hp and torque ratings on this rig and what ratios were offered in the diff.

Thanks

To the best of my knowledge the 03's and 04's are 305 hp @2900 rpm, and 555 lb/tq @1400 rpm. Ratios are either 3. 73 or 4. 10.

Thanks for the reply and the information.

Hey, how about tradin some of that Alaska weather for some South TX heat and humidity???? HMMMM??? If it wasn't for AC this country would be uninhabitable!!!

Houston Texas is built on a swamp! I have been living hear 60 years and I don't remember seeing any yankees comming down here until after A/C was invented. Used to be that no body with them funny accents where around here when I was a kid. Only a real Texan can stand this place in the summer but it is great in the winter. In the summer smart Texans go to the Colorado Rockies from July until November. Thats what that Dodge diesel truck and fifth wheel is made for. Houston, its where the big money is easy and the low cost of living is at. Add in no state income tax, earth quakes or forest fires or mud slides. It can't be beat for a winter home for RVer's that are retired. My house would cost way over a million $ in Cal. or north east but who needs the hassle. Just get out on that road and head for the high country when the swamp thang starts. Native Texan and I love it.

I was transfered down here from the Okla Panhandle where I thought I knew what HOT was!!! I didn't have a clue till I spent a summer down here. Now I know. Well, three more years and I can drag up and head back up to the High Country!!! That is, unless a hurricane hammers me before then!!
