2003 hp is calif upgradeable?

is a calif version upgradeable? i may look for a 2003

used next year

should i go non calif or calif with hp ugraded?

can a calif truck be upgraded as high as a non calif version

or will there always be a lower hp



iam ok still in the divorse wars, but the 93 is still mine

I do not know about aftermarket upgrades for 2003. But next year you can buy a used out of state (7,500 miles) 2003 HO truck and legally be able to license in CA. You could do it now if you could find what you wanted.
