COOL, However, I was suprised to see that the base price for the 3500 LB DRW was $4000. 00 LESS than a 3500 SB SRW. .

Another surprise

and if you select the tow pack then you have to choose between the 2 automatics. Guess they don't think the manual transmission can handle it anymore.

That is wierd, but it's because Chrome is including the price of a standard output Cummins in the base, while the DRW properly has the 5. 7 hemi standard. Option the two out and they are similar in price.

TTT

Great link to price the '03 HD Dodge

I noticed:

CUSTOMER ONE OWNER LOYALTY MAILING Code: YDH $20

You gotta be kidding?

Nope. . That's been in Chrysler products for years. I know it was in my '97 (1996) Jeep TJ even. That's to pay for those dumb tan mailers telling you you should change your oil and stuff. .

I'd like to see a tan envelope with a tan $500 early order incentive... Never have heard anything more on those since the first posting a while back. Although I had a local Dodge dealer call and leave a message telling me to watch my mailbox for a special offer. Yeah - heard THAT one before.

Tow Package

Just tried the site. If I select the tow package on the 2500, it makes you go with the automatic. But on the 3500 you can still get the HO and 6-speed with the tow package. I also want a 3500 regular cab, long box, SRW but it's not there at all. Must be a German thing:rolleyes:

very purdy ! and oh, so quiet !

Hopefully I will get my mailer soon. Still another three weeks or so yet before my truck shows up.

So did you buy the truck?

Who gets the mailers?

Who are they sending them to? Mine will be here any day and I will be quite unhappy if I have to take delivery without one of those certificates.

I haven't seen mine yet. I'd talk to your dealer and have them talk to their regional rep to see what they can do for you. . The rep may be able to pull some strings (that's what my dealer said in case my truck showed up before the letter).

Called DC this morning to get more info on the mailer. They said it is a certificate that is being mailed, but they couldn't find what the target was for the mailing. Could be random according to the rep I spoke with. For those of us buying under the affiliate program, we can't use it anyway since it is a certificate and not a mfr rebate.
