we have developed a 4 link rear kit for the 03 4x4's that removes the leaf springs and a front kit that replaces the coils. the kits can be set up to keep the stock height or raise it up to 4".

we also have out traditional system for 2 wheel drives and 4 wheel drives that attach to the shackle of the rear leaf spring.

Oh, wow. :D

Does it work on the SRW trucks, or just dually? And what about short box trucks?

Is there still room to mount a hitch, like a B&W gooseneck?

When do you expect to have prices up for the front and rear?

the kit works on short boxes or long boxes, as long as it is a 4x4. the rear kit is $2500 and includes the compressor, tank and controls.

the front is $1199 and includes new trailing arms. if you buy both kits, we throw in incab controls to adjust the front on the fly.

New trailing arms? I'm curious, why do they need new trailing arms in the front? Given how similar the 3rd gen front suspension is to the 2nd gen, I was hoping it would just be bags and shocks.

Thanks for the info.

if you get over a 2" lift on the front you need to put on different trailing arms to get your axle back in the proper location. if you see any trucks with the 2" lift in the front you will notice that the front axle is around 1/2" to 3/4" back closer to the mudflaps. if you go with larger tires they will rub when you turn sharp. (learned this the hard way).

Jeff, will there be anything available for 4x2 rigs for the back end that replaces the spring packs?

I have no idea how a airbag system rig rides compared to the conventional suspension. It would be very interesting to ride in a truck with your system.

can this air ride system be used to lower the truck?

i was thinking of lowering my 04 ram [when i get it] 2" in front and 4" in rear [to level with front] and run 20" wheels with 325/50/20's:D:D

my 1500 sits way to high as is now and the 2500 will sit as high or higher. 98% of my driving is on road, so i want to go sporty lowered this time around [my ex tahoe was more along the lines of off roadish]

Ok, let's say then that I'm only interested in raising the front of the truck 2" over stock to level it out (and keep it level whether I'm towing a heavy trailer or carrying a snow plow). Do I still need the arms? And is it even an option, or are you only selling the kit with the arms?

I was about to put a 2" poly leveling kit on the front of my truck, but I like this better so far. . People seem to be doing ok at 2" with the stock arms though, so that's why I'm being a pest. :) I have no interest in going taller than that at this time, and if I ever did (or if I had issues with 2" and stock arms) I'd absolutely replace the control arms.

That sounds great. I assume a compressor is in addition to that. Does that include any valves or solenoids, or do I need to worry about that too?

Oh, and between the 0-2" and the big 0-4" kit. . Are the bags any different in height, or is it just the amount of inflation and the inclusion of control arms that differentiate them?

Thanks for answering all my questions, this sounds like exactly what I was looking for. Now I just need my tax refund. :)

the difference in the 0-2" and the 3-4" is the top air bag mount. we drop it 2-3" to get the lift. the bags are the same. it is not neccessary to use a compressor kit on the front because you do not need to adjust the air pressure. once you set it, you are done (unless you would add a snowplow or something heavy up front). give me a call at 800-334-6150 if you have any other questions.

Jeff,

You never elaborated on how these would work to lower a truck. There are a lot of 4WD people who would like to drop for 5th wheels. Is your system an option?

I just got off the phone with Jeff and ordered a front 0-2" air bag kit, no control arms, and no shocks. So in a couple of weeks we should have a first hand report of the install, I'll take pictures.

Now I just need to figure out what shocks to run. . I ran RS9000's a while ago on a Jeep, and was never happy with them. So I'm going to think my options over, that's the only reason I didn't order shocks from Kelderman. That and I think Rancho is doing their 4 for 3 deal. :)

Thanks, Jeff.

How much better is the ride?

This is an interesting set up. I have a 3" spacer and I am not thrilled with how it set the wheel back some. I might be interested if the ride was noticeable.
