2003 Ram Tow Mirrors

I was wondering if the trailer tow mirrors are heated. I know that they are powered now but I haven't been able to verify that they are heated...

yes they are

i drove a 2003 with those mirrors last week, and they are indeed heated and power... its about time!

I have now ordered an 03' CTD with the tow mirrors, and yes they are heated and powered! I installed a set of the 02' tow mirrors on my 94' CTD and after using them, they are super! Wouldn't want to tow without them. However, they were not powered or heated.

I wonder if the '03 mirrors would fit an '02. I have the non tow heated electric mirrors and use CIPA clip ons. It would really be nice to have the towing mirrors from DC that are heated and electric.

You can combine the two. There's a thread on it in Products/Accessories (I think) if you search. Basically you need a set of the '03 towing mirrors and a set of the '02 towing mirrors, and you swap the mounts between the two (disassemble them where it folds back against the door).
