2003 /Replacement for New Ugly Headlight

Any experts out there that no if the new style headlights can be replaced with a better more conventional looking older style on 3500 2003 ?

Unlikely considering that the front bumper is molded to the contour of the headlight. Hopefully someone will come up with HID replacement at some time.
