I have a 03 dually 4x4 6spd and tried to start it and when I turn the key it doesnt turn over at all. Everything works volatge is good. It gave me 3 codes p0602, p0837, and p0839. I know two of them are for the four wheeel drive and one is for the computer programming module. Dont know where to start any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm pretty sure you could download or buy a digital service manual for the truck which might help you out. You might have a bad starter relay. The other thing that might be causing trouble is the clutch switch that won't allow the starter to engage unless the clutch is pressed. Good Luck

Kinda sounds like the ECM isn't getting power.
I would remove, clean and reinstall the ground bolts on the edge of the drivers side qtr panel. In that same vicinity, next to the fuse center you will find a spliced wire that turns form blue to red (or viceaversa - cant remember). This is a fuseable link - check to make sure it still carries 12 volts (it's for the ECM).

Disconnect both batteries and load check them first. Just because they have 12 volts does not mean that they are good. Follow PD's good advice also. Start at the source and move outward.

Did you try jumping it? A set of decent cables and another vehicle might help to determine whether it's battery or something else.

Check the for "start" signal at the starter solenoid first. Suspect the clutch switch if you have no signal. I don't know if the code you have is related. I believe there is a sticky post with all the codes and definitions.

Wasn't there a thread about a cable from PDC to Starter that is chaffing at the Motor Mount Edge and create a short?
Mine had this also and I did preventive a cable hose over the cable.
