i am debating 2002 or new 2003 what should i expect to pay for 03 4 door 4x4 6spd slt. walk out price. i am looking at 02 qc. 4x4. 6spd for $27,999 with 9k on it

I just got an 03 HO SLT 3500 6-speed w/just the options i wanted for $32,250. the price could get better if the rebates get better (i just heard of a $500 holiday incentive and am checking to see if i will qualify)... my MSRP was just shy of $39k.
