2004.5 600 and Bullydog downloader

I hated to start another Bullydog downloader thread, but does anyone have any experience with the downloader on a 2004. 5 600 with a 48re and the TSB 18-037-04 reflash? Have all the software issues been addressed? (ie - The idle-up feature disappearing, etc. ) I'm not looking to destroy the drivetrain, just have a little more bottom end. My my quad cab short bed 4x2 won't even spin the tires on dry payment. I guess my anti-spin works better than expected!!
