2004.5 exhaust

Does a 4. 5 come with a 4" exhaust throughout or are there areas where they are reduced if so any suggestions on some good stainless ones (4")

Two ideas I had :



Take it to a local shop I know and have him put a 4" Hi-flow muffler on it like the owner put on his 01' diesel . IT sounds real good.



Next put a chrome tip on it , But after washing the truck last weekend I polished up the factory tip with a new SOS pad ,

It looks almost like chrome!
