I was informed monday 12/3/03 by local Dodge dealer that the 2004 Dodge Cummins HO can be ordered for registration in the state of Massachusetts. My guess is that the emissions requirements have been met

The 2004. 5 engine is 50 state legal. That will surely make my local dealer happy. Union is right on the Mass border.
