I have these issues with the truck:
1. batteries are drained after truck sits a few days.
2.remote key fob only works with key in run position.
3.when doors are opened, no overhead lights until key is in run position.
4.door lock switch will not operate door locks unless key is in run position.
5.after key is turned off the trip odometer reverts to total miles, does not stay on trip mileage, but can be toggled with key on.
6. 4 way hazard flashers only work when the key is in the run position.

I have replaced the ignition switch, no help.
any ideas will be appreciated, j alexander

Shot in the dark try cleaning up all your ground wires under the hood. disconnect the batteries and let it sit a half day re hook up batteries. Do you have a Volt Ohm Meter? need that to find your battery drain.

Sounds like you need to get the body module diagnosed. Need the appropriate scan tool and know how to work it.
How long have you owned the truck? How much aftermarket equipment does it have?

You have a battery drain and the 12V system is like dead when key OFF.
IMO it an IPM (fuse box) issue.
