We purchased this RV new. We are not smokers. We've had no pets in the RV. We have never rented it out. We purchased it because of Alfa's 'innovative changes' to the 5th wheels. For instance, their dual A/C's under the RV similar to their Class A's (instead of on top - better cooling). In addition to their large storage areas like a Class A, it has King size bed, ample storage and kitchen layout. It is capable of adding washer/dryer and adding a generator, has tall shower, many extra's. This was a $68,000 RV when new. We've traveled only to Orlando, Grove, OK, Red River, NM, and Colorado Springs. With the kids grown and not using it very much, we have no use for it anymore. Currently, we have less than 5 years on a loan with a nationwide bank. I can pay off the note if you want a clear title. If you want to take over the loan, you can get approval with the bank (used RV's are hard to get loans for, so I thought this would be a convenient option for some). Other than a few trips, it has been stored under a covered shelter. We have never used the stove or awnings (technically it has the side awning and the front 'cap' can be opened, which counts as an awning). We used the refrigerator once. This RV has been used very little and is in great shape. RV is currently winterized and all systems function properly. This Alfa is out of warranty and is sold as is. Parts are still readily available from the Aflateers group (I can provide there contact info) in California. For Sale Locally, auction can end early.
