2005 Quad Cab rear seat question

I put the rear seat up on my 05 quad cab today to use the fold flat floor, then when I was done I went to put the seat back down and it won't come down. In the past it has just gone up and down with no problem. Is there a trick that I need to know or has something broke? Its the seat on the passenger side if that helps. The seat behind the driver went up and down no problem...

Sounds like something may have rolled back behind it.

I know on mine if something gets back there it won't go down.
