2006 Dodge Diesel won't start, acts like stolen

My 6006 Dodge Diesel will not start? Will not lock or unlock with key pad and when you unlock using the key in the door and open the door horn starts blowing and lights flash for 4 minutes. I had towed to Chrysler garage and so far can't find the problem. I called today and told them about icm's f15 ? What wrong with my truck. It thinks it stolen???????

sounds like your dealer may need to hire some new techs

Without some GOOD diag tools that system will not be repaired.It is not a diy repair.IIIC I gave you direction in another thread

I had a similar situation happen to me recently in my 2005. The nut holding the power cable to the fuse panel under the hood was loose.

Dealer called and said parts will be here today. My bill is $730.00 So when they call for me to pick up the truck I will let you know what they replaced. They also did a Air-bag recall and I had them install a fuel filter also.
