Ok guys here is the rundown (I really need some help here) 2006 cummins 6speed with Helix 2 cam, II 3flows, TST, Smarty, Silver Bullet headstuds and orings, #5 injector took the motor out. New short block from Dodge. Day after new engine rear freeze plug blew out. We replaced it, next day blew out again. Put in a new plug and the blockoff plate. Next side plug behind the turbo blew out. I read here to drill two 1/8" holes in the TSTAT. We did that put a new plug in with loctite next day blew it out. We never had this problem with the old motor. The only thing the new motor has the old one didnt is the Helix 2 and the TST. The freeze plugs blow with the TST off and the SMART on 6. Please help!!

Maybe your leaking compression into your coolant passage.

Did you just put it together and go crazy with it?

That is what I thought too. I talked to John@ Floor it and he thinks that it is a bad block as it is oringed and studded with a brand new gasket. It did hit the dyno within 100 miles and that is when it blew the first one.
