2006 HID kit or projector / halo headlights

I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck finding an HID conversion kit that works in a 2006? I bought one from HID Nation that I was never able to get to work properly. Even with the resistors and anti flicker modules, the lights still went out after being on for a short time. They kept sending me different things to try, but none of it corrected the problem and I ended up just eating the cost of it. I’m open to the idea projector or halo headlights as well. I’m interested in what someone with a 2006 has done that works. Thanks!

Ok I've a 04.5 but own a Morimoto HID Kit from Retroshop that works flawlessly.

Whichever kit you choose, make sure to run a resistor kit with it. The TPIM is not happy with less or more resistance/load than the OEM headlights are rated for.

I ran a set of HID Bi-Xenon lights with a harness to run off of the battery.
Was really disappointed to find out that my 03 2500 needed 4 individual 6 ohm 50w resistors to make them work.
Did the front turn/running lights with a bi-color led while I was at it. It looks totally stock, but SO much better for light output.

I third the retroshop hid replacements. They are certainly not cheap, but Jeremy was good with answering questions, and the light output is phenomenal without blinding other drivers.
