2006 Megacab Replacement Spyder Headlights Issues

OK...we have a 2007 Megacab, 5.9, that we just replaced the headlights with the Spyder SKU:5010018

We contacted Spyder and they gave us some mechanical adjustments to make on the back of the light, but I'm thinking there is an electrical issue, maybe with the CanBus.....help...what can we do?

Spyders are garbage, go back to stock or invest in some projector hid retrofits.

They are not a true HID . They use an H1 halogen bulb . Just more Chinese crap

Just went down this road and demanded XDP pay return shipping for their carried Anzo brand. They did. Had strips of light and dark and flat unusable. Just ordered new dealer headlights as the old ones had fogged over.
