2006 Seats

Can someone tell me the difference between the 2006 regular cloth interior and the 2006 Premium Cloth Interior? I have seen many SLTs with cloth interior on dealer lots but do not know if I am looking at the premium cloth or regular cloth. I think the premium is about a $400 option. If someone has pics of premium cloth that would be great. Thanks

I think the difference is the premium cloth has a power drivers seat. Not 100% sure but if you have a dealer around with anything in stock, check them out.

For the 2004 trucks, the premium cloth seats used a better quality fabric (I think), power drivers seat, and really nice center console with mucho storage. I'me pretty sure that almost all trucks are ordered with the premium seats. Best just to consider it part of the base price of the truck and put it on the list.

And I think you're right. My 2003 has premium cloth (as does every SLT I've ever seen) and my 2004 ST has the regular cloth seats. Big difference between the two; the ST has no DS power seat, no lumbar and the biggest issue (for me) no center console storage compartment in addition to the actual difference in the cover itself.

If you look on kbb.com at the SLT with the standard 2*G package, you can add the M9** Premium cloth Split Bench seats for $400. 00 cost.



M9** says N/A ST or Laramie, last 2 characters refer to interior color.

All Models include slipt folding rear bench seat, power driver's seat adjuster and front center storage bin. In 4wd and 6 1/4' bed it also adds flat fold storage bin.



I thought that is what you were refering to.



In my 98 I had standard SLT seats, in my 02 I have the upgraded seats. I don't think the cloth is any different, but it is a 98 vrs 02. I think its the same Front seat with the addition of power controls on the drivers seat, but maybe it adds the split folding rear bench seat ?
