2007 6.7 No crank

My son has a 2007 2500 4X4 6.7 G56 six speed.
He recently stopped at a restaurant to eat and when he returned to the vehicle it would not crank over. Does not even try to kick starter solenoid. All fuses seam to be OK.
All lights on dash came on with key (normal) radio on and windows work. Tried jumping batteries, and check battery cables nothing, push started for 3 seconds and died. We have tried the other key fob to no avail. Neither fob will lock or unlock the doors. Anyone else had this issue?

I had to replace the ECM. 2007 6.7 6sp auto. I was coming down Conejo grade and my truck just quit running. All electrical was functional except it wouldn’t crank. Might check the neutral safety switch on the clutch. Way cheaper than replacing an ECM

Thank you for the reply rfitzgarrald, but that would not stop a push start.
