2007 Diesel Fuel costs?

With the changes coming I have begun to hear that cost will be higher for diesel fuel under the new regulations but not to what extent. Anyone have some insight into this, are we looking at a consistant $3 plus a gallon in 07?

I don't think the rate will average quite that high, but I would expect the yearly average price to be $2. 25 - $2. 50.
