Attention: TDR Forum Junkies A friend of mine just bought a 2007 5. 9CTD 2500 4x4 SLT, long bed. I had to see it, of course. My 1st close up of an 07. I can't say that I'm crazy about the new shape rear light lenses or the new rear and side badging. I noticed that the transfer case is the old shifter style instead of the ETC switch that I have on my '06. Is this the new standard? Why the change? I have had no problems with my electronic switch. Maybe the consensus was that people like a shift lever.

-SLT center bezel is the brushed silver as opposed to the wood grain.
-Headlight lexan covers don't have the amber strip (I like the strip, it frames the headlight)
-No alarm for "cargo light on" when key is removed. It's easy to bump it on by mistake. Eliminated for 2007? Maybe people complained about that on the 06 .
-Anything else changed?
