So far, here is the information I have:
4500/5500 - Priced guides are scheduled to be released the last week of June and ordering should open up the first of July.
The first allocation should be in July and will be filled with pre-specs 
(about 500 nationally). The first dealer ordered allocations should come in August for late October / early November delivery if all goes well. This is a great new segment for Dodge which will be exclusive to BusinessLink dealers. 
2500/3500 (all cabs) - Non-priced
code guides. Ordering should open first of July just as above less the pre-specs. Orders have been taking between 37 and 55 days from order to arrival.
Interesting tid-bit: it looks like they may offer a 3. 42 rear end on 3500 Mega cabs. Oo.
