2008 5500 C/C...which antifreeze

What type antifreeze does this 6.7 use? Dont have a manual and the overflow does not have a "type" to use to top off....Napa and O Reilly both have conflicting info, so I figured I'd ask here. Thank you

Well thank you very much Sir. I would think color has nothing tom do with it as long as its HOAT..

I'm not a huge fan of mixing colors, the Mopar is Red, but HOAT should be HOAT correct. I don't think there would be issues as long as you know what's in there now.

I doubt any generation is much different besides type of fluid....

My 2nd Gen I got up to temp,, dumped via lower hose,, then refill and ran with just some distilled water to flush out one round when I went from Green to Yellow.

Then was a 50/50 mix from there.

Mine will not get hot sitting in the drive way have to take it for a spin to get it warm and get things flowing a few cycles.
