2008 Arctic Fox, Silver Fox Addition 5th Wheel. We are the original owners who special ordered this 5th Wheel. It's never been smoked in and it has never had pets in it. It has been kept in our RV enclosed Trailerport 98% of it's life. It has been used extremely little and has only had one major trip. It is in excellent condition in and out. It looks and is as good as the day we purchased it. There are no dings or scratches. It has Two brand New 12V Deep Cycle Marine Batteries. New Carbon Monoxide Detector. The original tires were ST/ 235/ 85R/ 16. It now has 5 Michelin XPS Rib 16" LT 235/ 85R/ 16 tires, load range E with very low mileage. The Superstructure on this 5th Wheel is all Aluminum Framing with high R value insulation throughout which is manufactured by Northwood Mfg. in La Grande, OR., It's a 4 Season all weather coach, It is rated 4 stars in the RV Consumer Group Guide. It has been given consistent high marks in Reliability, Value and Highway Control by RV Consumer Group. RV Consumer Group is a highly respected guide that all RV Dealers have and use like a bible. It has all the standard features it came with, which include: A/C, 35,000 BTU Furnace, 76 gal fresh water tank, two 35 gal gray water tanks, one for the kitchen and one for the bath. It has a 35 gal black water tank with a built in water tank flush. All water tanks are insulated and heated. It has a 10 gal DSI Gas/Electric Water Heater, 2- 40#, (10 gal) LPG Bottles, 12V Power Jacks, Chassis mount spare tire, Microwave, Range cover, Large, 2 door 8 cubic foot Refrigerator, Fantastic Fan, Ceiling Fan, One Swivel Rocker, Marine Style Exterior Shower, Single Lever Faucet with Sprayer, Deep Double Sink with Hi Rise Faucet. All cabinets are Anderson Oak Raised Panel. The frame for this 5th Wheel trailer are 12" I beam made in their own plant in La Grande, OR. The heavy duty axels, brake assembly and all running gear are USA Dexter brand. Optional Equipment are: 5500W LP Onan Generator with 50 amp service, with only 51 hrs on the clock. It also works with 30 amp service. Both cables are included. It has a Low Profile higher output A/C. It has a Hide a Bed Sofa, which is a full size bed that has never been used. It has Slideout Toppers (2), 16" Chrome wheels It has Scare lights on both sides. Photo #3 shows one of the 2 Scare Lights, which are powerful flood lights. It also has the Free standing Dinette and 16' Awning. The 05 Dodge truck in the photos is also available for sale, but only with the sale of the 5th Wheel. The 3500 dually has the Cummins diesel and the NV5600 6 speed standard transmission. It has 44,000 original miles and in excellent condition. I have not determined a price on the truck yet.
