Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 201 4x4 wheel nut

201 4x4 need to know the torque value in lbs of the large nut in the center

of the front hub for the 4x4.

I'm guessing you mean a 2001 4x4. I would also guess it is the same as the rear hub nut torque of 120ft/lbs then back off the nut 1/8th turn. You torque the hub to set the bearings and then back off to allow them to roll. Remember, this is what I did for the REAR but I would think the front is the same. I'm sure someone who has done the front will chime in soon.

From the 2001 Manual, 180 ft/lbs and then tighten as needed to line up the cotter pin hole.
