They are AAM units. I have a ball joint that's a bit looser than it should be on my 2011 3500 SRW (4x4), and while sourcing the ball joints, looked for replacement steering u-joints as I thought might as well replace those at the same time. Only found 3; OEM, Moog, and Precision. I could not find a Spicer unit for the AAM application, but maybe I just couldn't find one. As I've heard Moog quality has gone down hill of late, got two u-joints by Precision @ an O'Reilly's. Napa no longer stocks Precision. Not cheap unfortunately but are greasable.
The Spicer number you posted was OEM on my 95 2500 Ram. I replaced those with greasable Precision units (from Napa) when I replaced the ball joints on that truck. Quality was good, as it is with the Precision units I have waiting for cooler weather for my 2011.
