2010 Big Horn 2500 4x4 quad cab, 6.7 cummins Low Power scare

While towing my 11k 5th this weekend, I happened upon a stop light on an up hill. Hit the throttle when the light turned green and don't think I made it through the light before it turned red again. no codes, just very very slow. This is the only time I have noticed this but usually am on a flatter surface and may not have noticed. Finished out my trip with no other issues but thinking there is a pending or existing problem.

only thing I can surmise is a regen at the same time. Try a code reader. Even if nothing shows in the odometer display there may be something set in the ECM.
