2010 dodge 3500 megacab right mirror

hi - in the last couple of months, i have lost the pass side upper led and up down control on my exterior tow mirror. no damage to the mirror. it was not hit. coincidence or common? any thoughts? i will take it to the dealer, but try to wait for a PM to get stuff done. thanks!

Never heard of them going out may just be something loose ???
