2010 Dodge Ram 4X4 Repair Manuals

Hey TDR gurus,



I've been away from the forum for a bit and was interested in buying the repair manual(s) for my 2010 Dodge Ram diesel 4X4.



I tried a search of the TDR for "2010 Dodge Ram repair manual" and "repair manual," but got zero matches.



I'm finding it hard to believe someone hasn't posted some info on how to get repair manuals for my truck... so if you can point me in the right direction, I'd sure appreciate it. I'm not sure it they come in "paper" form or just "compact disk" these days, but I'd prefer paper manuals if possible, 'cause I'm old school and write in the margins, and like to dog ear pages as well to mark important info I want to return to while doing maintenance.

Manuals are old school and no longer available. Chrysler is online now at TechAuthority (I think). Naturally you have to pay and pay. You might be better off with a subscription at alldatadiy.com. AllData is used by independent automotive shops.

Yep, if you want paper manuals, you are SOL. I use AllData for other vehicles and have found it pretty good and there are some things they cover better than paper manuals since it's updated regularly.

Hayne"s just started selling a repair manual for 09 - 12 2500 & 3500. Saw them listed at Genosgarage.com. I haven't seen one yet. First to get one should report here.

I have the PDF shop manual for the 2005 and I have been keeping my eyes open for a 2012 electronic shop manual. The electronic versions work really well on an iPad. A local Cummins shop gave me an Onan Genset manual once I gave them a valid serial number. They also will sell filters and parts to a 6. 7L with a valid serial number. As I plan on doing my own basic non warranty maintenance I am still sourcing the cheapest OEM approved supplies.

Does anyone know the price of the Haynes 09-12 manual?

I have also been looking, my local dealer shows a paper manual and I have one on order. That said it has been "on order" some time now and no expected delivery date, but it is coming!!! Time will tell

Why do you have to have a valid serial number to buy filters for your 6. 7 Diamond Diver??

Perhaps the Cummins dealer really wanted the engine serial number. I have had them ask when looking for parts.

Go to techauthority.com if you're looking for a service manual. In the search box enter 81-370-10075-CD and it'll get you directly to the 2010 RAM 1500/2500/3500 service manual CD version for $135. It does make mention that the traditional wiring diagrams are not included. So I do not know if they are entirely missing or if they're just located differently throughout the manual.

For other manuals & makes, models, years just select what you're after.

Looks like the 2011 manual CD is 81-370-11075-CD.
